Ice Tea

Although we are the leaders of Tea consumption in Europe, when hot and summer days come, we completely forget about the infusions. And this is wrong. Nothing can be so refreshing and thurst filling than delicious Ice-Tea made of Tea leaves, Fruit Blends or Rooibos. When you steep the tea you should make it stronger than usualy, as when cold it gets milder. The same concerns sweetness, whenever you add sugar or honey to it. To prevent the infusion from making cloudy, add some lemon juice a or just a pinch of Rooibos to tea leaves. They are natural antioxydants.
