Tè Nero

Black tea comes exactly from the same bush as other types of leaves, the difference is obtained by the fermentation process which causes change of the taste and characteristics of the infusion. Fermentation is possible thanks to the polyphenols contained in the leaves, which in contact with air, alter the nature of the brew. Also, the country of origin, the height of the crop, the harvest season, unique methods of production have an impact on the final result.
